Notulist From spoken discussions to clear meeting minutes
AI as an assistant, with people in control.
During a meeting, your attention belongs on the conversation. Notulist helps turn recordings into readable transcripts and draft minutes, with room for human review, corrections and explanations.
What does Notulist do?
Transcribe
From conversation to readable text.
Notulist can transcribe recorded conversations and distinguish different speakers. The transcript forms the basis for further review and reporting.
Review
Listen, read and correct.
A clear workspace lets users read transcripts, listen to excerpts and correct text or speaker assignments where necessary.
Prepare
AI helps prepare draft minutes.
Based on a reviewed transcript, Notulist can prepare structured draft minutes covering topics, decisions, action items and unresolved questions.
Assess uncertainties
Not everything said is immediately clear.
An amount may be misheard, speakers may overlap, or an agreement may be incomplete. Uncertainties remain visible for human assessment.
Annotate
Human corrections remain traceable.
Users can add comments and corrections. In the developed review environment, these can be linked to parts of the minutes with references and identification of the reviewer.
People remain in control
An automatic transcript is not yet a reliable record. A misheard amount, an ambiguous date or a statement attributed to the wrong speaker can change the meaning of an agreement.
Record → Transcribe → Correct → Analyse → Review → Finalize
Original information remains available as a reference. Corrections and explanations are handled separately, preserving the basis for the report. AI supports the process but does not independently decide what is ultimately recorded as correct.
Who is it for?
Notulist is intended for people and organizations that need careful records of important conversations: business meetings, project discussions, board meetings and similar gatherings.
A meeting assistant can add value when both useful minutes and control over their accuracy matter.
Development status
Notulist is being tested in a local environment. Core transcription, speaker differentiation, transcript correction and AI-assisted draft minutes have been implemented and tested with real recordings.
An integrated workspace has also been developed to review transcripts and AI results. Practical testing helps refine its usability and presentation.
Next steps include formal approval, further integration of report output, access control and usability.
Notulist is not yet generally available as a finished product. Future functionality and availability are not guaranteed.
Designed with users in mind
A good meeting assistant should not only work technically; it should also be pleasant and intuitive to use. Practical tests help determine what information to display and how users can produce reliable minutes with minimal unnecessary steps.
